How to add a module to 7.0 that is not in the list?

I make use of a OpenERP 7.0 package on a Synology server. How can I add a community module that is not in the package list? E.g. Banking modules, mass editing, enaps etc. I am not familiar with bzr, launchpad, git, etc. I am an end user.
